Questions about accommodation

[ Check-in and check-out ]

Q1.What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out ends at 10:00 a.m.
Check-in and check-out times may differ for some plans, so please see the individual plan for details.

Q2.What is the latest time check-in is possible?

Staff are available 24 hours a day, so you may check in as late as you want.
Please contact us if you will be arriving past the planned check-in time you indicated when making your reservation.

Q3.Is payment made in advance?

Please pay in advance when checking in.

Q4.What credit cards and electronic money are accepted?

The following credit cards may be used to pay for stays. (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Card, UnionPay, and other major credit cards).
We also accept Edy electronic money.

Q5.Is there a standby waiting list?

We are sorry, but there is no standby waiting list.

Q6.In what cases do cancellation fees apply?

Cancellation fees are as follows: 20% for cancellation one day prior to arrival, 80% for cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% for no-shows.

Q7.How many minutes is the hotel from the nearest station, Minatojima Station?

It is roughly 5 minutes on foot.

Q8.How long does it take to reach the hotel from Kobe Airport?

It takes roughly 10 minutes by car.
It takes roughly 15 minutes by Port Liner.

Q9.Are there any convenience stores or drugstores nearby?

There is a Lawson 2 minutes away on foot and a 7-Eleven 5 minutes away on foot.
Please note that the Lawson located 2 minutes away by foot does not operate 24 hours a day (hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.).
There is a drugstore in the Daiei, located 5 minutes away by foot (hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

Q10.Are there any smoking rooms?

Smoking rooms are available. Please check the room type when making reservations.

Q11.Are there any connecting rooms?

There are no connecting rooms. Please feel free to request side-by-side or facing rooms when placing your reservation.
Please be aware that depending on occupancy rates we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Q12.Is there high-speed Internet access?

Our hotel offers free Internet Wi-Fi.

Q13.Is it possible to request a room on a high floor?

Please feel free to request a room on a high floor when placing your reservation.
Please be aware that depending on occupancy rates we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Q14.Can I take the room key with me when I go out?

The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, so please feel free to leave your door key with the front desk staff.
You may take the key with you when you go out, but in the event that the key is lost, you will be responsible for paying for the 5000yen.

Sleepwear is available in all guest rooms.

are always available.

Q17.What items can be borrowed for use?

iron/trouser presser/humidifier/desk lamp/blanket/mobile phone charger/thermometer/nail clippers/Air cleaner(All free)

We can lend the following to guests free of charge. Please inquire at the front desk.
There are also computers for guest use available in the lobby.

Q18.Are there safety deposit boxes?

There are no safety deposit boxes. Please leave your valuables with the front desk staff.

Q19.Are newspapers provided free of charge?

The Kobe Shimbun (in Japanese) is available for purchase. Please note that quantities are limited.

Q20.Are there coin-operated laundry machines?

There is a coin laundry room on the 8rd floor.
Washing machines are available for 200 yen/cycle. Dryers are available for 100 yen/30 minutes. Detergent is available for 50 yen.

Q21.When are clothing articles returned by the laundry service?

Laundry dropped off for cleaning by 9:00 a.m. will be returned at on the night of the same day.

Q22.Are there drink vending machines?

There are vending machines on the 7th, 9th, 10th, 12th, and 13th floors.

* Floors 9 and 13: Non-alcoholic beverages, water, and alcoholic beverages
* 7th floor: Instant ramen
(10th floor: Ice machine)

Q23.Is there a communal bath?

There is no communal bath. Please use the bath in your room.
We can also provide information on nearby bathing facilities.

Q24.Can luggage be stored before check-in and/or after check-out?

Luggage can be left with the front desk staff.

Q25.Can articles be mailed to the hotel before the planned date of arrival?

Yes. When sending articles, please include the name and date of stay of the guest, and pay for mailing in advance. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Q26.Is there a massage service?

Massage services are available (masseurs are dispatched from a partner massage parlor).
Massage service reception is available from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
(Courses include 4,500 yen/45 minutes and 6,000 yen/60 minutes)

Q27.Are there long-stay discounts?

Please see stay plans such as the multiple night stay plan.

[ Breakfast ]

Q28.What breakfast is available?

A western and Japanese buffet is available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (last order: 9:00 a.m.) at the restaurant on the first floor.
The buffet costs 1,200 yen if paid for the previous day. Please buy a breakfast ticket at the front desk.
The buffet costs 1,500 yen if paid for on the same day.

[ Children sleeping in same beds as guests ]

Q29.Is there a charge for children sleeping in the same beds as adults?

There is no charge for elementary school aged or younger children sleeping in the same beds as adults.

Q30.How much does breakfast cost for children without separate beds?

Elementary school aged children: 840 yen. Pre-school aged and younger children: Free

Q1. Are reservations accepted?

Lunch reservations are only possible at 11:30 a.m.
Dinner reservations can be made for whatever time guests desire. (5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)

Q2. Are party plans available?

Party plans are available for a range of budgets. Please inquire regarding details.

Q3. Is smoking allowed in restaurants?

No smoking is allowed in the restaurant. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
There is a smoking area for guests that smoke.

Q4. Is the menu the same on weekdays and weekends?

The menu is the same.

Q5.Are there dishes for guests with allergies?

Please consult with us in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Please inform us at least five days in advance.

Q6. Are reservations required?

Reservations are not required for lunch or dinner, but if the restaurant becomes full it may not be possible to serve guests.

Q7. Is there Wi-Fi Internet service?

Wi-Fi Internet service is provided free of charge. You will need to use the specified SSID (access code).
Please ask the hotel front desk staff or restaurant staff for the SSID information.

Q8. Can the restaurant warm up baby food brought in by guests?

The restaurant would be happy to do this. Please inquire with the staff.

Q1.Is there a store in the hotel?

There is a “Kobe Fugetsudo” store on the 1st floor of the hotel.
It sells sweets such as gaufres, souvenir foods, and gift foods.
It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (365 days a year)
