Q1What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. and check-out ends at 10:00 a.m.
Check-in and check-out times may differ for some plans, so please see the individual plan for details.

Q2What is the latest time check-in is possible?
Staff are available 24 hours a day, so you may check in as late as you want.
Please contact us if you will be arriving past the planned check-in time you indicated when making your reservation.

Q4What credit cards and electronic money are accepted?
The following credit cards may be used to pay for stays. (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Card, UnionPay, and other major credit cards). We also accept electronic money such as iD, IC cards, Edy, WAON. In additon, QR code payment(Rakuten Pay, PayPay, d-payment, au PAY, merpay, bank payment, WeChatPay, Alipay ) is also available.

Q6In what cases do cancellation fees apply?
Cancellation fees are as follows: 20% for cancellation one day prior to arrival, 100% for cancellation on the day of arrival and no-shows.

Q7How many minutes is the hotel from Miyazaki Station?
It is a roughly 15 minute walk from the Miyazaki Station West exit.
When coming by bus, it is a 5 minute ride on buses departing from the Station West Ext Bus Platform 1 taking Tachibana Dori routes. Exit the bus at Tachibana Dori 3-chome. The hotel is approximately 3 minutes on foot from the bus stop.

Q8How long does it take to reach the hotel from Miyazaki Airport?
It takes roughly 20 minutes by car.
When coming by bus, it is a roughly 20 minute ride on buses destined for Miyazaki Station. Exit the bus at Tachibana Dori 2-chome. The hotel is approximately 3 minutes on foot from the bus stop.

Q9Are there any convenience stores or drugstores nearby?
There are Lawson on the 1st floor of the hotel and Family Mart 2 minutes away on foot. There is also a small supermarket (La Dish) which is open late approximately 1 minute away by foot.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking place is located on the 2nd floor nearby front.

Connecting rooms are available. There are only three sets of connecting rooms, so please make your reservations early.

All rooms are outfitted with free Internet Wi-Fi.

Q13Is it possible to request a room on a high floor?
Please feel free to request a room on a high floor when placing your reservation.
Please be aware that depending on occupancy rates we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Q14Can I take the room key with me when I go out?
The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, so please feel free to leave your door key with the front desk staff.
You may take the key with you when you go out, but in the event that the key is lost, you will be responsible for paying for the replacement fee(5,000 yen).

Face towels / Bath towels / Bath mat / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body soap are available in all guest rooms. Sleepwear / Toothbrush / Razor / Slippers / Hair band / Hair brush / Cotton swab / Shoe polisher / Body sponge are available when checking in.

We can lend the following to guests free of charge. Please inquire at the front desk.

There are no safety deposit boxes. Please leave your valuables with the front desk staff.

There is no newspaper.

There is a coin laundry room on the 3rd floor.
Washing machines are available for 200 yen/cycle (detergent is free of charge). Dryers are available for 100 yen/30 minutes.
The number of laundry devices is limited.
There is a 24 hour laundry parlor 10 minutes away by foot.

Q20When are clothing articles returned by the laundry service?
Laundry dropped off for cleaning by 9:30 a.m. will be returned at 5:00 p.m. of the same day. Laundry dropped off for cleaning by 6:30 p.m. will be returned at or after 9:00 p.m. of the same day.
Laundry service is not available on Sundays or holidays.

Q21Are there drink vending machines?
There are vending machines in the elevator areas of each floor. There are beer vending machines on the 4th and 7th floors, instant ramen vending machines on the 4th floor.

There is no communal bath. Please use the bath in your room.
We can also provide information on nearby bathing facilities.

Q23Can luggage be stored before check-in and/or after check-out?
Luggage can be left with the front desk staff.

Q24Can articles be mailed to the hotel before the planned date of arrival?
Yes. When sending articles, please include the name and date of stay of the guest, and pay for mailing in advance. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Q25Is there a massage service?
A massage service is available. Massage service reception is open from 6:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (12:00 a.m. on Sundays and holidays). (4,000 yen for 40 minutes/6,000 yen for 60 minutes)

Breakfast

Q27What breakfast is available?
A western and Japanese buffet is available from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Restaurant KAHU, on the second floor. The buffet costs 1200 yen.

Children sleeping in same beds as guests

Q28Is there a charge for children sleeping in the same beds as adults?
There is no charge for elementary school aged or younger children sleeping in the same beds as adults. No bedclothes or linen are available.

Q29How much does breakfast cost for children without separate beds?
Breakfast costs 700 yen for children aged 6 to 12(elementary school student). Children aged 5 and under eat free(Pre-school aged children).

Q30Do the restaurants have regular holidays?
Monday of each week the restaurant is closed following breakfast.

Reservations are accepted for lunch, dinner, and parties.

There are reasonably priced lunch sets. They include soup, rice or bread, and a coffee following the meal, with prices starting from 800 yen (tax included).
